How It Works

  • Download and install the simple to use, FREE QuickConnect printer driver  to any desktop computer that uses Microsoft Windows.
  • Set up your letter, statement, invoice or item ready for printing.
  • Click print and select the QuickConnect printer driver.
  • Enter your account details with the username and password provided by Quickmail.
  • Choose your paper type, print preference and envelope size from the options listed.
  • Choose if you would like any additional items inserted into the envelope.
  • Preview your letter and click Print and Mail.
  • Your letter is encrypted and sent directly to Quickmail via the internet.
  • We print, fold, insert and mail your item on the same day*.
